Type timkarg.com into a phone right now and this is what comes back: a gray Squarespace panel with the heading Website Expired and one line underneath reading This account has expired. There is no phone number on it, no address, no hours, no name. A patient who was handed the practice's own web address gets that, and nothing else. The Facebook page that the old site linked to no longer loads either. Meanwhile the real hours, the real address and twenty four real reviews are all sitting on pages nobody at this office controls. Call (330) 345-3871 if you would rather hear this from a person. This page is a free demonstration and nobody here asked for it.
The four categories below are not our words. They are the four service blocks that were on this practice's own website before the account lapsed, recovered from the single archive capture that exists of it. Everything else on this page came from Google, Birdeye, Yellow Pages, Healthgrades and the practice's own archived footer. Nothing about prices, insurance plan names or frame brands is published anywhere that could be verified, so none of that appears here in any form. The number published everywhere is (330) 345-3871.
The first of the four blocks on the practice's own site. It is also the thing most people are typing into a phone at nine at night when they finally admit the road signs have gone soft. Right now that search leads to a page that says Website Expired, so the exam gets booked somewhere that answered.
The second block, covering prescriptions, frame selection and contact lens fitting. This is the part of the practice that sells with pictures more than words. A wall of frames is worth photographing and there is currently nowhere on the open web that a single photo of this office exists.
The third block, listing dry eye syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and eye infections, with referrals when they are needed. This is the medical half of an optometry practice and it is the half that most people do not know their eye doctor handles until somebody tells them.
The fourth block, naming pediatric eye care, sports vision and specialty contact lens fitting for conditions like keratoconus and severe astigmatism. Specialty fits are the kind of thing families drive out of town for, and they find where to drive by reading a page.
370 E Milltown Rd, Suite B, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Google shows a wheelchair accessible entrance. Yellow Pages and Superpages both publish free lot parking. That suite letter, by the way, appears on only two listings out of the ten checked, which is the sort of small thing that turns a first visit into a lap around the building.
By telephone, and only by telephone. No online booking exists on any page connected to this practice. The archived site had a button labeled Book now and that button had no destination behind it. Everywhere else the only control offered to a patient is Call.
Not on Google, not on Yellow Pages, not on Birdeye, not on the archived site, and not on Facebook, because the Facebook page the practice linked to has been taken down. The pictures below are stand ins and they are here to make the point rather than to pretend. An optical dispensary is a room full of things worth photographing and a phone in a coat pocket takes a good enough picture. This is the cheapest gap on the whole list to close.
This is the good case and it is the one worth protecting. A neighbor or a family doctor says go see Dr. Karg out on Milltown Road, and the patient types that into a phone. So far nothing has gone wrong.
One is titled Milltown Optometrists and carries no hours, no website, no reviews and a Claim this business link. The other is titled Timothy C. Karg, OD and carries 4.5 stars from 24 reviews and the real hours. Both are unclaimed. Which one a person sees is up to Google, and the one with the practice name on it is the emptier of the two.
The domain serves a Squarespace panel headed Website Expired with the line This account has expired underneath it. That is the entire page. The Facebook page that the old site linked to now reports that the content is not available. Two of the three doors the practice built for itself are shut.
A third party profile is publishing an hours table for this practice that says open at nine, open on Wednesday, closed on Saturday. All three of those are wrong against the hours below. A patient who trusts it turns up on a Wednesday to a locked door, and that is a bad day that nobody at this office had any hand in.
Nothing here was assumed and nothing was rounded up. Below is the list of what was read on the public record on 2026-08-28. Anything that could not be verified is not on this page in any form, and that specifically includes prices, the names of accepted insurance plans, frame brands, a founding year and how long the practice has been open. On that last one, Yellow Pages currently publishes two different figures for years in business on two of its own surfaces, so no figure is printed here at all. The number published everywhere is (330) 345-3871.
These seven rows are real and they were checked four ways. Google, Birdeye, Yellow Pages and the practice's own archived website footer all publish the same table, including the closed Wednesday and the Saturday morning. The reason they are printed this large is that a third party profile is publishing a different table for this practice, one that says nine in the morning, open on Wednesday and closed on Saturday. Every part of that is wrong, and there is no way to correct it from the outside. The fix is a page the practice owns that ranks for its own name, so the right answer is the first answer. Until then, call (330) 345-3871.
370 E Milltown Rd, Suite B, Wooster, OH 44691, in Wayne County. The street address is identical on every source that was checked. The suite letter is not, it appears on only two of them, which is exactly the sort of detail a first time patient needs and cannot find. Google shows a wheelchair accessible entrance and the directory listings publish free lot parking. Number to use is (330) 345-3871.
This is the piece that does not exist today. There is no working contact form anywhere, no published email address, and no online booking on any page connected to this practice. The only route in is a telephone call, and the office is closed on Wednesdays and after noon on Saturdays. Somebody who decides on a Sunday evening that their vision has changed has to hold that thought until Monday morning and then remember to dial (330) 345-3871. A good number of them will have booked with somebody else by then.
This page was built by Rough Looking Website as an unpaid demonstration. Nobody at Milltown Optometrists asked for it and nobody there has seen it yet. The form below is a working example of what a real one would do and it is not connected to the practice.
$49 one time setup, then $79/month, no contract. Hosting, lead capture, traffic tracking, and your own dashboard are all included.
